Bizmate Enterprise Partner
Sell MyBizMate to your clients. Keep up to 30%.
Built for accounting firms, bookkeepers, and freelancers who already run their clients’ books. You buy at wholesale, you set your own price, and you own the client relationship end to end.
What you pay, what you keep
Wholesale pricing, per client
Your bill scales with your roster — you pay only for the clients you actually manage, on one subscription. Suggested retail is what the same product costs a business buying it directly; what you charge is your call.
| Per client / month | You pay | Suggested retail | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| VAT client | ₱500 | ₱678 | ₱178(26%) |
| Non-VAT client | ₱250 | ₱358 | ₱108(30%) |
| Full OCR add-on | ₱1,500 | ₱1,948 | ₱448(22%) |
Or pay annually and save a further 10%. The Full OCR add-on is optional and enabled per client.
How it works
Three steps to your first client
Apply and get accredited
Tell us about your practice — business name, TIN, address, and how many clients you handle. We review every application by hand.
Add your clients
Create a company per client and issue each one its own username and password. No Google account needed, and every client's books stay fully isolated from the rest.
You bill your clients
We bill you the wholesale rate for your roster on one subscription. What you charge your own clients is entirely up to you — that spread is your margin.
Who qualifies
What we look for
Enterprise Partners are accredited by us — the program isn’t open to everyone, because your clients’ books depend on you knowing what you’re doing.
- A registered Philippine business or professional practice, with a TIN.
- Real bookkeeping or accounting capability — you're servicing these clients, not just handing over a login.
- A working business email and contact number we can reach you on.
- Acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Worth knowing before you apply
- You collect from your own clients directly. We bill you for your roster and never pay commission out to you — the wholesale discount is the compensation.
- Your clients’ books stay live for as long as your own subscription does, so keeping it current is what keeps your roster working.
- On an annual plan, a client added mid-term is invoiced for the rest of that term straight away. The book works immediately, but if that invoice is unpaid after 7 days that client’s book locks until it is settled — only that one, never your other clients.
- Switching between monthly and annual means cancelling and resubscribing — we can’t change an active plan’s cadence in place.
- Your firm extension — the name your clients type at sign-in — is permanent once chosen, so pick it carefully.
